REFUND AND RETURN POLICY
For hassle-free returns on your Supervillain Clothing purchase kindly contact us via chat or at supervillainwear@gmail.com
We accept returns within 3 days from your delivery date. Unfortunately, refunds or exchanges cannot be processed after this period. Please note, a restocking fee of $25 will be deducted from your refund.
To qualify for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging with the attached tag.
To initiate your return, email Supervillainwearwear@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we’ll provide a return label for your convenience. Drop your package at a local post location; all returns are shipped to our Utah warehouse.
Please allow 1-2 weeks for your return to reach us. Once received, it takes 2-3 business days to process.
You’ll be notified via email, and refunds take 5-7 business days to reflect on your original payment method.
All Pre-Ordered items such as Fur Webbed Hoodies are made to order and shipping times vary from 6-8 weeks.
International Returns
International returns are accepted, but all fees are the customer’s responsibility. Contact email@email.com for assistance.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within a specific timeframe and automatically applied to your original payment method.
Missing Items
Check your your package carefully; some items may be shipped separately. If items are missing, contact email@email.com within 14 days with photos of the shipping label and received items.
Lost Packages
Supervillain is not liable for lost or stolen packages once they are successfully shipped. If you encounter issues, contact Supervillainwearwear@gmail.com for assistance.
