REFUND & RETURN POLICY
 

 

Made-to-Order & Pre-Order Items
 

Supervillain Wear operates on a made-to-order model. Most items are produced specifically for each customer and require 3–5 weeks for production and shipping.
 

All pre-order and made-to-order sales are final during the production and fulfillment period.
No refunds, cancellations, or modifications will be accepted before an order is delivered.

 

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to these production timelines.
 

Returns (After Delivery Only)
 

We accept returns within 3 calendar days of confirmed delivery, as shown by the carrier’s tracking information.

After this window, returns, refunds, or exchanges will not be accepted.
 

Return Conditions

To qualify for a return:

  • Item must be unused

  • Item must be in original packaging

  • Tags must be attached

  • Item must be free of wear, odors, stains, or damage
     

A $25 restocking fee will be deducted from all approved returns. This fee is non-refundable.

 

How to Start a Return
 

Email supervillainwear@gmail.com with:
 

  • Order number

  • Reason for return
     

If approved, you will receive a return label and instructions.
All returns are shipped to our Utah warehouse.

 

Please allow:
 

  • 1–2 weeks for the return to reach us

  • 2–3 business days for inspection and processing after arrival

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method and may take 5–7 business days to appear.
 

Missing Items
 

Some orders may ship in multiple packages.
 

If an item is missing, you must contact supervillainwear@gmail.com within 72 hours of delivery with:
 

  • Photos of the shipping label

  • Photos of all received items
     

Claims submitted after 72 hours will not be eligible for review.
 

Lost or Stolen Packages
 

Supervillain Wear is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once tracking confirms successful delivery.
 

Carrier confirmation constitutes proof of delivery.

International Returns
 

International returns are accepted only if approved.
All return shipping costs, duties, taxes, and fees are the customer’s responsibility.
